After a number of dastardly puzzle caches that I have attempted and either failed or succeeded in completing - I have decided to get my own back >
The co-ordinates are for the recommended parking NOT the cache - this has to be worked out by breaking the code below.
A clue to this cache is hidden with in the coded message.
The cache is a double potted container with a log sheet contained therein - please take your own pen/pencil to write on the log.

Update 4/7/20: The old hide has seen better days so moved it slightly. The old co-ords will probably still make it findable but take 3 from north to be a bit closer.
