Geocache Description:

Note: Please ensure you read cache access instructions below to avoid structural damage to the library!

Parking is getting so difficult at the Woden library, so I thought it was about time to set up my own library closer to home…
Parking is much easier (I suggest the listed coordinates), but if you want to locate the library you need to:
1. Identify who wrote the Australian books listed below, then
2. Find out the author’s year of birth – the last digit of the year is the one you need.

A. The Great Fire
B. My Brilliant Career
C. Oscar and Lucinda
D. Storm Boy
E. Possum Magic
F. The Thorn Birds

Substitute the numbers into the coordinates to locate the Isaacs Library BookCrossing cache at:
S35° 22.ABC E149° 07.DEF

As with Eynowd’s “Northside BookCrossing” cache, you will need to register on www.bookcrossing.com to log in/out books. If you are not already registered, please say that Tealby referred you! Each book requires its own BCID tracking number, which needs to be clearly written inside the book. You are welcome to take a book even if you have none to leave – books are a little like travel bugs – but they should be logged so that the original owner gets feedback on their travels. Once you have read the book please write a review on the BookCrossing website, then release the book again for someone else to enjoy. It does not have to come back to the Isaacs Library, but you can return it if you wish.

If you go to www.bookcrossing.com and “go hunting”, you should be able to see the book titles of the books that are currently in the cache. The Isaacs Library started with 6 books. The books have been placed inside freezer bags just in case any moisture should get into the cache.

You will find it hard to get an accurate reading in this location. Therefore, in lieu of a hint, this description should make sense once you determine the coordinates for the GZ & get to the area:
The library is in the rocks not far up the hill from the crossroads. There is no need to move ANY rocks. Just open the FRONT door (not a trap door) and you will see the library. There is also a green mark on the path, perpendicular to the cache location.

This is a good cache to find after Tealby's Revenge if you would like a pleasant loop walk with a good hill at the start to get your heart rate up!
