This hiking trail is located in HengShan, XinZhu county. It is a very popular trail in that area. Once you reached the ridge line, you can get a panoramic view of from TouQian river valley all the way to Taiwan Strait, in a good day of course. In March, the air is filled with perfume of citrus flowers from nearby orchards and the blooming season of Tung tree is in May. Most of the trail is in the woods. Perfect for a weekend outing and evening hiking in the summer. Sunset view availabe at the peak. Hope you will enjoy this hike.
By the way, you can also bike to the summit - a challenging and favorite route for local bikers.
Ample parking available at N24 41.876 E121 08.347.
