Geocache Description:

Cache is a camoed bottle blank with only a log, so BYOP.

The JOE cache series was started by altosaxplayer, a member of the Tri-Cities Geocachers. The name JOE means "Just Off Exit". The series was started as an Interstate 81 equivalent to the "Loop to Loop" cache series that was started in Memphis, TN by cgeek. The JOE caches are placed no more than two tenths of a mile from the exit and the hint is a dead give away to the cache location. JOE caches are an easy way to pick up more cache finds while traveling.

Should be an easy grab and go right off the interstate in Bristol, TN. Watch for muggles and use stealth if needed. Coordinates are an average of 300 readings with a 9ft accuracy. Good Luck!
