Geocache Description:

A Ten Year Anniversary Event!

Ten years ago, Bryan met Hydee and Ddog at my geocaching event held at this location. Since that time, he has been lucky enough to marry Hydee, adopt Ddog and add a new boy, Nick, to the family.


The Roths at the Five-Year The Day We Met Event

DATE: Friday, November 18, 2011
TIME: 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM
LOCATION: Marymoor Park Picnic Shelter
WHO: Families, kids and trackables!

Please note that there is a $1 parking fee at Marymoor Park

Come join the fun, relax with some good food and drink, and - in a nod to the original event where the Roths first met - sign a square for a new Geocaching Quilt!

We are not doing a potluck this time around due to the time of the event, so be sure to eat lunch before you come; there will, however, be cake, desserts and drinks.

In addition to signing quilt squares, we will also continue the tradition begun at the first-ever event held in Washington and at the previous Roth events held here at Marymoor - collecting items from each attendee and creating a traditional cache from them. I will provide the container, log and pen. Be thinking of that one special swag item, Travel Bug or geocoin that you'd like to bring to add to the community chest!
