Pasadena Memorial Park has been recently (2006) renovated to
include a walking trail, battleship playground, skate park, two
pedestrian bridges, a lagoon, picnic tables and more. The park,
located just off Texas 225, is open from 6 a.m. to sundown (maybe
later – check the city’s Web site for updates
www.ci.pasadena.tx.us).
This is a three-stage multi-cache with some goodies for FTF and
plenty of room for small trade items. There is a paved parking lot
near the first stage. Parking is available, but limited, near the
second and final stages. However, walking trails meander throughout
the park. No bushwacking is necessary. If you have time, pack a
lunch and enjoy one of Pasadena’s largest (about 49 acres)
parks.
For stage two, please help put it back where you found it to
keep it away from muggles. It's now magnetic.
