V roce 1975 bylo dokonceno napouštení vodní nádrže Želivka, soucasného reservoáru pitné vody pro Prahu a další mesta v okolí. Nádrž zaplavila malebné údolí reky Želivky, v nemž se nalézalo také starobylé mestecko Dolní Kralovice s gotickým kostelem ze 14. století. Kostel byste patrne spatrili z mostu, kde zacíná tento príbeh, kdybyste hledeli vlevo ve smeru na Brzotice.
Slonohroch, tajemná bytost obývající odpradávna údolí reky Želivky, byl jeho zatopením tuze zarmoucen, smutnil dlouho, a tolik, že mu málem puklo srdícko. Po staletí v údolí pecoval o poklad, který zdedil po svých rodicích, Slonu a Hrošici. Nemohl dopustit, aby se jeho rodinné dedictví octlo na dne prehrady, spolecne s jeho rodištem a místem, které mu bylo po dlouhé veky domovem. Rozhodl se tedy poklad premístit výše, na místo, které odpovídá souradnicím v tomto zadání. A zde zacíná naše putování...
Poznámka: K nalezení Slonohrochova pokladu doporucujeme kolo nebo jiné približovadlo (kolobežku, kone, tríkolku ci jiné zvíre, v nejhorším prípade auto, ale dejte pozor, na moste je zákaz zastavení). Na místo se dostanete z CD stanice Trhový Štepánov (cca 12 km), prípadne z druhé strany z Ledce nad Sázavou ci Zruce nad Sázavou (obé cca 15 km). Bus: nejbližší stanice: Bernartice (cca 1.5 km), Brzotice (cca 2 km), Loket (cca 3km)
Na jednotlivých bodech si nezapomente zapisovat císelné hodnoty k jednotlivým písmenum, mohou se hodit na dalších bodech.
Pojedete-li autem, dodržujte, prosím, následující rady: Bod 1 (výchozí): Na moste a v jeho blízkosti, ani u výchozích souradnic, se nesmí zastavit, jste blízko ochranného pásma 1. stupne a policie je neúprosná. Jediný legální platz pro auto je na techto souradnicích, na križovatce do Bernartic (malý nenápadný asfaltový plácek pro cca dve malá nenápadná auta): N 49°40.561' E 15°08.659'.
Bod 2: žádný problém.
Bod 3: zde auto zanechte, dál je zákaz vjezdu motorových vozidel.
Cache je nevhodná pro motocykly, na posledním bode se s tímto vehiklem nesmí dál a nechat jej v obci považuji za rizikové (možnost krádeže).
Približná délka trasy: 13 km. Tento poklad byl vytvoren na památku zmizelého kamaráda Fandy Vomácky, který jako jediný smrtelník Slonohrocha spatril.

In the year of 1975 the filling of the dam Zelivka, the actual reserve of drinking water for Prague and other cities in the region, was finished. The dam was the cause of the inundation of the picturesque valley of the river Zelivka, with old towns like Dolni Kralovice, with a gothic church from the 14th century. You could have seen the church from the bridge, where this story begins, if you look on the left from the direction to the village of Brzotice. Now there is just water.
The Hippophant, a mysterious being who from ancient times inhabited the valley of the river Zelivka was very afflicted by its inundation, he grieved so much, that his heart got almost broken. For centuries he took care of a treasure hidden in the valley, treasure which he inherited from his parents, an Elephant and a Hippopotamus lady. He couldn’t allow his family heritage to be swallowed by the dam, along with his birthplace and the lands that for ages had been his home. Therefore he decided to relocate his treasure higher, on a place which corresponds to the first coordinates of this cache. And this is where our adventure begins...
Note: To find the Hippophant’s Treasure we recommend you to use a bicycle or another kind of approach-helping apparatus (a scooter (not a motorized one), a horse, tricycle or another kind of animal, a car, if there is no other possibility, just watch out, it is forbidden for cars to stop on the bridge).
Please, don't forget to make notes of the numbers and their corresponding letters you will collect on the different stages, as you may need them on the stages that follow.

If you decide to go by car, please, keep in mind the following advices:
For stage 1: You are not allowed to stop your car or motorbike on the bridge neither near the bridge, it’s a zone of first level protection because of the reserve of drinking water. No problem with walking or bicycling on the bridge, none the less. Therefore, please, leave your car on a little parking place on the following coordinates: N 49°40.561' E 15°08.659'; this is a small parking place for about two small cars (or one larger) :) It’s the only place nearby where you can leave your vehicle without the risk of being fined by the police.
For stage 3: Leave your car here and follow by feet, it’s a nice walk and you are not allowed to follow by car or motorbike.
Although we do not recommend the use of a motorbike because of the possibility of thieves wandering around who can be well equipped to steal your motorbike in a second, if it’s not chained up to a tree, for example, specially on stages 1 and 3, where you have to leave it out of your immediate sight.
