Your Mission
Geocachings old enemies the MLF (Muggles Liberation Front) are at the spying game once again as international tensions rise. Current methods of communication are becoming difficult to keep secure.
Therefore we have decided, for this mission, to resort to a combination of old coding methodologies to try and fool the MLF. Unfortunately our messages are being monitored. This is a picture taken by one of our agents who infiltrated the main decoding station behind the old flowery curtain. It clearly shows that they have picked up the message but as yet may not have decoded it.
For this important mission we have selected you Secret Agent G. O. Cache to ensure that an important package is still in place and security of the said package has not been compromised by the dreaded MLF. We cannot risk transmitting it again - so you will have to decode the message yourself from the picture.
Once the code has been deciphered the co-ordinates given will lead you a hidden message in a camouflaged container (about the size of a film canister) that will tell where the package is to be found. The location is within a mile of the final message. Be careful as the location is sometimes patrolled by Muggle guards and their ferocious guard dogs, even mounted Muggles.

The 'package' is a camouflaged 1 litre klik 'n' klik style plastic box.
As the path is a bridleway - Cycling is OK but I would not suggest taking buggies or wheelchairs unless they are of a rugged design.
