Located near the intersection of two major roads in Southeastern Minnesota.
Interstate Highway 90, exit 209 and Hwy 63, just north of Stewartville, Mn.
Truely one of a kind cache container.
Thanks to my muggle brother for making this container with me. Great brother/sister bonding time.
Amazing what is available in a well stocked shop and junk pile. No purchases necessary.
Started off making the usual birdhouse box. Needed to add a door, so cut the door. Went looking for hinges and a door handle. Added them,
Hmmm looks like a face! So then the creativity flowed.
Found the nose in the junk pile. Added the tongue.
Needs ears. Looked and looked in the shop, no ears to be found. Walked to the house and looked in the kitchen utensil drawer. Found the exact items needed. Two white plastic spoons.
Last item needed was hair. Again found the best item of all, the perfectly formed roof from left over copper. This item was obtained when cleaning out dear old departed Dad's junk.
One mans junk just became my cache machine!!!!
