Skala smrti, tez zvana Rytirsky skok, se nachazi na levem brehu ricky Svitavky asi 1,5 km jizne od Kunratic u Cvikova. Uprostred asi 15 metru vysoke skalni steny je vytesan vyjev padajici divky pronasledovane rytirem na koni. Relief znazornuje mistni povest o mlynarske divce, kterou honi rytir. Divka radeji voli skok ze skaly nez zneucteni, podle povesti si vsak svuj zivot zachrani. Oproti tomu zloduch se i s konem zriti ze skaly a zahyne ve zdejsich bazinach. Vyjev v roce 1910 vytvorili dva mistni obcane, clenove kunraticke sekce Horskeho spolku pro nejsevernejsi Cechy, ucitel Karl Beckert a cetnicky strazmistr Karl Bundesmann - pametni deska upominajici na tuto udalost se nachazi pod reliefem.
Ke skale se dostanete od silnice po zelene znacce (vyznamova odbocka). Cestou minete nekolik sklepu vytesanych ve skale, ktere slouzily k tezbe pisku, pouzivaneho pri brouseni zrcadel v tovarne v Lindave.

Rock of the Death, called also Knight´s jump, is situated on the leftt bank of Svitavka river, 1,5 km far from Kunratice u Cvikova. Rock is 15 meters high. In the centre of the cliff is relief of knigth hanting a young girl. Girl chooses jump into the depth instead of being caught by the horseman. According local legend she survives, but man with his horse deceases in swamp. This relief was made by two local artists - teacher Karl Beckert and policeman Karl Bundesmann in 1910 - you can see memorial plaque on the rock.
There is green tourist mark from the road between Kunratice and Lindava. You will see several cellars-caves in the left side of path - sand which was mined here was used in factory producing mirrors in Lindava.
