Kihon: Basic stepping punch , rising head block , outside
block , inside block and front snap kick
The most basic form of karate training, kihon consists of repeating
individual techniques many times.
Kata: Kihon Kata
Kata (form) consists of a predefined sequence of karate defences
and attacks against a number of imaginery opponents.
Kumite: Five step kumite
Kumite (sparring) is the main training method in which techniques
can be used against real opponents.
