Geocache Description:

This is a letter and postcard swapping spot which is also known as Geo Post Office.

Here is a great description of what a Geo Post Office is from the Cochrane Geo-Post Office.

"What is a Geo-Post Office you might ask.
Well, A geo-post office is a cache set up to exchange post cards or letters between cachers!

How does this work?
Caches are placed to hold postcards. Every postcard will have a small message and an address on it. The address will contain the person’s name that your trying to send the card to, a city and most likely a cache. The objective is to move postcards between Geo-Post Offices until they reach their desired location. When you move a postcard or message from one place to another, please let the person who it’s being sent to know where you moved it to because they might be close enough to pick it up. If you move a postcard from one Geo-Post Office to another please move it closer to the city or cache!

Who should I send these postcards or messages to?
Anybody that you want!

What’s the purpose?
It’s another fun thing that we can do with geocaching! It’s also nice to keep in touch with others!

What do I need to put on a postcard?
Put the name of the cacher, a city and you’ll most likely want to put a cache that they can pick it up from. A little message is usally appreciated too.

How far can I send one?
As far as you want as long as there are Geo-Post Offices along the way there!

How Do I send one?
Go to any Geo-Post Office and place your message or postcard in there. Please if your putting one in try to move a different one along."

Now on to my writing's:
I have included a first to find prize for the first child to get to this one. Also I have have made some of my own custom geocaching postcards for the first finders to use.

Also please be careful with the cache, there is only one screw attached to it because the other one dropped somewhere in the snow. :-(
