This cache was originally placed by Cache U Nutter.
A very challenging cache, definately not for the faint hearted.
Steep climbing traversing up some very slippery slopes is required and should only be attempted by those with experience of this sort of terrain i.e mountaineers or hill walkers. That said an experienced mountaineer would find the cache moderate.
In Spring/ Summer I would advise wearing thick trousers owing to the unfriendly vegetation. Parking is at Broadhurst Gardens (just off Cockshot Hill) Walk up the road for 75m and then some 15m past Old Pottery Close 'dive off' left into the scrub/quarry.
With increasing interest approach the cache up the steepest part of the slope you can find!
Cache is very close to the top. Alternately approach from the top (Park Lane) and find your way to the cache with even greater difficulty. The cache is a small round plastic snap lid container with a pen and log in a plastic bag.
Please ensure that the container is 'tucked away' under the tree roots, that the bag is used for protecting the log book. Suitable for small T.B's only Look out for 'Slither' Clues Good luck and enjoy the challenge
