Geocache Description:

Located on an appliance frequently seen passing through town until a few years ago. Both feet need to be on terra firma (climbing is outlawed). Be very aware of muggles.

Hergott Springs was named after Joseph Herrgott, a German botanist on Babbage's expedition to northern South Australia in 1858 and on Stuart's 1860 expedition to central Australia. It was sometimes referred to as Mari, an Aboriginal word for 'place of many possums'. During WWI the name was changed to Marree.

Yes, it's one of those caches! (We hate them too!) Please read the hint. It will save a lot of grief.
