Turn off Hyw. 6 in Helper at the Texaco Stop and Shop, from here use your GPS to find the cache. Take short hike from the road near the concrete remains of an old coal load-out. The cache should be easy to spot but the hike takes you up a fairly steep hillside. Please watch out for pieces of wood with nails in them!
The cache is a 3 gal. laundry soap bucket with a yellow lid. On your way to the cache you will see some old abandonded buildings from past coal mining settlements. The foundations were built from hand hewn sandstone from the surrounding outcropings.
