Cache is just off a dirt road that overlooks the 2002 Soldier Hollow Olympic Venue. Road is rough but not to long.
This cache overlooks the Winter Olympic Venue that will be used for all of the cross country skiiing events. This is our first cache and kind of an experiment so we will try and do more in the future that have more of a theme. There is a disposable camera in the cache along with other things I will list below. Take your picture and leave the camera in the cache. I will try and email to those that leave addresses or post the pictures on my website when the roll is finished. Email me if you take the last picture. The cache is in a food storage can with a white lid. Be careful the edges of the can are a bit sharp, I noticed as we were placing it. The cache contain: a camera, a logbook, an unused CD-R, a couple of pens and pencils, a David Letterman top ten book, golf balls, velvet bag of golf tees, a hot wheels car, an olympic kazoo, a scout patch and 3 scout pins, a toy boat, and a few other things. The view from the cache is really nice.
