The cache is on a high point of Black Mountain at 6500 ft. above sea level. The cache is a few hundred feet up the mountain from a road or a half mile across the mountain from another road. The roads are very rocky and rough.
The cache is at the end of a high point along Black Mountain. You'll have to do a little hiking up the hill along some rocks. The cache is in an ammo can with geocaching stickers on it. I doubt anyone would ever be close enough to accedentally stumble on to this cache, but I tried to hide it a little with some rocks. A car could possibly make the trip, but I would not recommend it. The 3 mile long road to this cache is very rocky and will probably rattle a few of your teeth loose. The view of the valley from the cache is well worth the bumpy ride.
